About Us

As far back as Donna can remember she has always had a passion for animals. She grew up surrounded by dogs, cats, horses, every type of rodent known to man, and even a couple of snakes. We currently live in my hometown, Jonesboro, Georgia, and share our lives with a house full of bouncing, barking, crazy little ankle-biters. Donna and I have been happily married for 15 years and she has an adult son named Daniel, my stepson, who lives close by with his own two dogs. Donna spent 21 long years as a hairdresser and was able to retire in 2002. She has now been given the opportunity to pour her energy and heart into what she loves to do most. Thus began her new path as a rescue angel.
